Whedonverse started out as the Buffy Track, but eventually had to expand in order to include Joss Whedon's other creations. It now includes Buffy, Angel, Firefly/Serenity, Fray, Dr. Horrible's Sing Along Blog, and Dollhouse. Events within its domain include panels with media guests (which often have some of the longest lines at the convention), a game show, its own costume contest, and a late night gathering called the Mighty Fine Shindig. Two of the must see and biggest crowd attracting events are the live performances of the Buffy and Dr. Horrible picture shows. Aside from the large celebrity panels, the majority of the Whedonverse's events will take place in the Westin Hotel, which previously had never hosted any official convention events.
