Program Guide abbreviation SKEP

A complement of live entertainment and discussion panels for the legions of free thinkers, science enthusiasts and skeptics helping to put the Science in Science Fiction at Dragon*Con.

Skeptics Track panels are primarily in the Hilton, rooms 205-207. A tentative schedule for Skeptrack 2011 can be found at this link.

The Skeptrack also works with the Atlanta Skeptics to put together a yearly charity star party fundraiser each year. It is a great way to 'kick off' Dragon*Con as it is held the Thursday night before the start of the convention. In 2011 the special guests of honor at the event will be Dr. Phil Plait, Dr. Pamela Gay, and Nicole Gugliucci. Musical entertainment and the emcee will be George Hrab.
