History
Starting in 2011, From the Page to the Stage: Comic Book Pageant, officially called the Comic Book Babes Costume Contest (unofficially, the Poison Ivy and a few others look-a-like contest) in its inaugural year, replaced the Dawn Look-Alike Contest.
The new name was chosen from member submissions and voting, with Noah Bell of Sylva, NC submitting the winning suggestion.
