http://www.remindr.info can be set to text your phone or tweet or email you. So if you need to be reminded when & where your meet-ups, photo ops, or panels are, this is handy. It's also good for reminding oneself not to forget anything in the hotel room on the day of checkout!
http://www.google.com/calendar is Google's calendar, which cooperates with Remember The Milk and if you have an Android phone or tablet, also syncs with that.
