The Hilton is one of the five host hotels for Dragon Con. It has been awarded 3 Diamonds by AAA. For Hilton HHonors members, it is a category 5 hotel. It is connected to the Marriott Marquis through a pedestrian bridge. The LifeSouth Blood Drive was moved here in 2015.

2016 Rate Details

SOLD OUT!

The Hilton continued its voucher methods from 2015.  Vouchers received at check in for 2015 were redeemed the 4th of September, so unless the Hilton adds a larger block of rooms, it should be considered sold out as of September 8, 2015.

The Hilton often has rooms available at full price or as part of other programs. Contact the hotel or Hilton reservations for availability.

Hotel Pros

  • Has a great deal of space available, and doesn't have the huge crowds of the Marriott or the Hyatt.
  • Sits above the Gaming Hall (sometimes swapped with the dealers rooms).
  • Tends to be quiet and relaxing in relation to the bigger hotels.
  • Comparatively easy to get an elevator.
  • Often has rooms available after con rate rooms are sold out, albeit at a higher price.
  • Really big bath towels (Bath Sheets!)

Hotel Cons

  • Out of the way of the main action.
  • Is downhill from the other hotels: to get to your panels you'll have an uphill hike, though less so now with the Habitrail in place.

Hotel Features

The Hilton is a good spot to be if you'll be spending a lot of time at the gaming hall. More and more of the mainstream panels have been moved to the Hilton's conference rooms as well. On the downside is the (sometimes) incredible stench of the gaming hall, so if you're not used to it, that might be an issue. The other major attraction of the Hilton is the Walk of Fame, a large ballroom filled with media guests from your favorite shows and movies. Each guest will have a table where they will meet fans and sign autographs (for a fee).

Pet Policy

Service animals are allowed. Pets, up to 75 pounds, are also allowed for a $75 fee.

The Twitter rumor says that the Hilton is releasing multiple blocks of rooms, so it's current sold-out status may change.
