Edited hotel section to reflect re-vamp of the Hotels page. Small edits to other sections.

Added recommendation for mobile phone application to assist in alcohol acquisition.
Removing the link to Dementia's Guide as it isn't open to the public or doesn't exist anymore, making a link somewhat pointless. Also arranged the headings into a better order, and some minor cleanup.
