"Con funk" is an increasingly common term with two main uses:

1. Sometimes used in place of con crud as a generic term for any illnesses acquired at Dragon Con, such as a cold or the flu.
2. The general smell of unwashed bodies (particularly noticeable in the gamers hall, it has to be said) that tends to hover of the area like a malevolent cloud of invisible evil.
